Using wireless sensor networks (WSN) within the agricultural industry is increasingly common, as it provides many benefits to the farmer, impacting both the quality of the crops and the overall operating costs. Precision Agriculture

Distributed wireless measurement enables more accurate monitoring of the crop or fruit during its development. This allows the farmer to know the state of the product at all times, easing the decision process with regards to harvest times.
Robust certified soil moisture, leaf wetness or solar radiation sensors jointly with remote M2M access eases crop management in a wide area.
Moreover, ADVANTICSYS provides industrial dataloggers to remotely collect data from energy and water meters for a more efficient usage of resources.

Irrigation Management

Intelligent irrigation can be achieved by having real time information on the fields soil moisture and temperature levels. Combined with an individualized irrigation system each plant can receive the exact amount of water it needs, effectively reducing cost and improving the quality of the resulting product. ADVANTICSYS wireless devices can also be used to control the different actuators in the system, without the need of a wired infrastructure.
Moreover, our monitoring products can monitor water flow in irrigation canals, enabling a real-time solution for preventing water leakages.

ADVANTICSYS provides customized software solutions based on its Concordia software platform. Data storage, analysis and integration of geolocation capabilities are included.
